The global crisis of 2020 revealed an old but not necessarily understood truth: the deep interconnectedness of all humans, not to say of all beings on this planet.
It became more evident than ever that the influence of an individual that traveled from Wuhan to NYC - in less than 24 hours - was as impactful as the preceding wave of information that spanned the globe at the speed of "digital" light. More than a virus, human data succeeded in incubating a new worldview.
The sense of one big world became more present than ever. And although we still haven't reached the end of the tunnel and keeping in mind that social disparity will mark the difference between the severity of the impact in different nations, communities, and individuals, we can all agree 2020 was the year of the global existential crisis. A breaking point in which humanity was pushed to rethink its priorities.
2021 outlines to become the RESET year. The beginning of a new era. A Renaissance that won't replace religious dogma but personal dogma. A new world where the prospect of digital nomads repopulating this planet and other planets became real. A world where reality is no longer the opposite of virtual and connectivity on the web is as essential as connecting with Nature.
This exhibition presents 12 artists from different places and circumstances exposed to these new evolving realities, each of them redefining their own practices, techniques, materials, motives, and spaces (mental, emotional, spatial) from where they create. Weaving possibilities in the open.

EXCITED FOR THE JOURNEY UNDER THE SUN, MOON, STARS, WIND & RAIN WITH MY COSMIC PARTER. MY LOVE FOR YOU IS WRAPPED AND HELD BY EVERY DARK NIGHT I’VE CRAWLED THROUGH, EMERGED FROM, FROM THE HOPELESSNESS, POWERLESSNESS TO THE ABSOLUTE BLISS I’VE KNOWN. I’VE DREAMT OF YOU, I’VE LONGED FOR YOU. I’VE LONGED TO BE YOURS. IT WAS A COSMIC CONVERGENCE. I HUMBLY BOW IN YOUR GRACIOUSNESS TO ALL THAT YOU ARE, TO ALL THAT YOU HOLD, I TOO WILL HOLD. Water, Earth, Air, Fire you are the vessel. Let us open our hearts. Surrender to the inner exploration, the watery depths of our souls evolution. Releasing our fears & expressing our innermost truths. Together, infinite reflections, compassion flows. We are here to witness to integrate release & renew. Death & resurrection in a moment of full bloom, with true strength we soften within the temple. A warm cup of tea in hand, a smile to melt away the chill of deep isolation. Healing hands invite us to come home to our bodies, these celestial vessels that allow us to experience a dynamic spectrum of pleasure & pain. Let us celebrate with reverence through connection the Divine Comedy that we call Life.
As long as one possesses the great health, (pain, suffering & tragedy) are to be not only welcomed but worshipped as the great stimulator of life. We will only grow stronger through the accidents that threaten to destroy us.The heights one scales when one is able to look into the dreadful abyss of life, to experiment with the most painful thoughts and the most extreme form of nihilism, and still be able to emerge from such depths and affirm life saying yes to it in its totality is arguably the highest state a human being can attain.
